Day Rehabilitation
Second Story delivers a range of programs that develop social, living and creative skills to assist consumers who experience mental illness.
Multicultural Access and Support Program (MCAS) supports people from diverse cultural backgrounds (CALD) to access appropriate mental health, community and disability support services.
ConnectED is a HARP project that aims to reduce the preventable use of hospital emergency services by improving the health and wellbeing of people with mental health and complex psychosocial needs, who may be socially isolated or homeless, and who are like frequent users of hospital emergency and inpatient services. These programs connect people and provide a place for people to come and learn new skills, or maybe relearn old skills, to make friends and participate in activities. People can have fun and develop confidence in their ability to meet with people and to accomplish their own goals within a structured environment developed for each particular client or within an informal drop-in centre environment which operates seven days a week.
