You will be leading the Voices Vic team – an amazing team of experienced mental health peers and other professionals who are passionate about what they do.  Voices Vic is a state-wide specialist program led by people with a lived experience, which seeks to improve the lives of people who hear voices.

As Program Manager, you will be mentor, coach and support to ensure the Voices Vic team can deliver the very best results. You will plan and execute the delivery of the program and develop work practices and procedures. You will take overall responsibility for the management of the Voices Vic program.
