About the opportunity

Severe mental illness makes life really, really tough for many Australians – and too often they’ll find themselves grappling with homelessness and/or social isolation as a result. Funded by the Department of Health (VIC), our Mental Health Community Support Services program (MHCSS) works to combat this by providing outreach support to these people on an individual basis. On the front lines are our dedicated Support Workers, who are in turn supported by a strong leadership team – including Team Leaders for each region. And that’s where you come in.

This is a time limited role till 30 June 2018.
