Pancake Day

	Prahran Mission hosted its annual Pancake Day on Tuesday 5th February this year.  UnitingCare organises Pancake Day across the nation every year, with the aim of raising awareness of the impact of poverty.    This worthwhile and tasty event raises funds for UnitingCare's work with disadvantaged and vulnerable Australians.
	The pancakes are prepared by participants and volunteers right here in our Chapel St kitchen, providing valuable experience to our Hospitality students in the preparation and sale of food.
