Faith Community

The faith community gathers to pray each Thursday at 12:30 pm in the Cooper room on the second floor of Prahran Mission. This takes the form of an informal Christian worship service.

 

Prahran Mission's Chaplaincy reaches out beyond the walls of Prahran Mission to rooming and boarding houses, hospitals, hostels and people's private homes. The Mission draws people from different cultures, faiths and spiritualities and this is acknowledged in the pastoral care which is offered.

 

The Mission welcomes diversity and can provide worship which reflects the different faiths and spiritualities of workers and participants.

 

The Prayer Room on the first floor (room 105) is open to people of all faiths and none for quiet and reflection. Please contact the chaplain Ian Savage on 9692 9500.
